About Us
We here, at Reclaimed Daisies, pride ourselves on our work ethic, uniqueness and ability to pick out pieces that make a statement, but still blend into the décor around it. Jenna has a great eye for pieces that are distinct from other pieces, but understands how to make all pieces in a setting work together. In 2015, Jenna opened a brick and mortar business in Sterling, MA and focused on sharing her vision for customers. At the end of 2016, Jenna was itching to get back to what she knew best: staging home décor pieces and furniture to help sell houses.
Benefits of Home Staging
Homes are where memories are built. For many, we outgrow our home and need to find somewhere to let our branches grow. But our roots are still in our homes, having helped us grow into the individuals we are today. This can make selling a home an emotional experience. The seller sees the home different than the buyer. And although many sellers have either hired an interior decorator or decorated their home themselves, a staged home will speak to the buyer because it is a fresh canvas, ready for them to build their memories on. In order to do this, a staged home must be objective, which is something that memories won’t allow us to do when we are emotionally attached to a home. It has been removed of clutter, sentimental pieces and a mantle filled with childhood memories. No one wants to buy someone else’s memories, they want to feel as if a home is where they can grow, from roots to branches.
The benefit of using Reclaimed Daisies to stage your home, is that we provide two options. Either, we will stage your items, to make them the most appealing to buyers or we will provide pieces from our vast inventory. Since we have a physical store, you can come in and look at pieces and get an idea of what our style and visions are and how this can work to get buyers to envision your house as their new home.
The good news is, that with Reclaimed Daisies, home staging is affordable and a great investment, because it is often less than having to reduce the price on your home because it is not selling. But don’t just trust our words, here are the statistics to back it up:
